Put them on your bag, zipper, wine glass, etc. They can be ordered separately to use for personal household decorating. Think about using them on candlesticks for the holidays. So versatile & fun! WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE A LOG IN ACCOUNT?
WHAT IF A PRODUCT I ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?
Certain items are available in limited quantities. Products are subject to production delays from their distributor. Mae & Me Designs will so everything possible to secure these items. We hope to fill all orders as quickly as possible. In the event that a product is unavailable for whatever the reason, a Mae & Me Design Customer Service Representative will contact you.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?
Feel free to read our Shipping Polices under the Policies link. If fulfillment of your product order is going to run unusually long or is perhaps back ordered, Mae & Me Designs will contact you using your e-mail information provided.
WHAT TYPES OF CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
Mae & Me Designs accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS NOT THE EXACT SHADE OF COLOR I WAS EXPECTING FROM THE COLOR/PATTERN SWATCH I VIEWED?
Please remember, as with all colors on the internet, they are representational. Mae & Me Designs has tried to ensure all the options available on the website are "true" to Color/Pattern options offered from the product distributors. We will be more than happy to discuss specific customer issues as they arise. Feel free to contact us with any concern using the link provided.
WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL DESIGNS OR COMPANY LOGO EMBROIDERY?
Mae & Me Designs can provide digitizing & embroidery for personal designs & company logo’s. Please contact us with your special request. We will need a picture of the logo or certain information for the design. There will be a digitizing fee for these services. We will quote these fees upon request.
WHAT IF I WANT A PRODUCT SHOWN BUT NO MONOGRAMMING?
Each item offered on the web site should be personal to you ~ if you choose for the item to be without embellishments just leave off those menu choices. The cost of the item will reflect no built in personalization choices.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER A LARGE NUMBER OF ONE ITEM?
Great! For example, beach towels for a family beach week? A tote bag to commemorate graduation for all your friends? It is your choice. Mae & Me Designs will work with you.
WHAT IF I’D LIKE SOMETHING WITH GREEK LETTERING?
Of course! Mae & Me Designs is committed to designing & producing your personalized product. We’d be glad to do some Greek embroidery ~ Contact us!
WHAT IF I HAVE SOMETHING I’D LIKE MONOGRAMMED BUT I DID NOT BUY IT FROM THE WEB SITE?
We would love to work with you in any capacity. We believe in the quality of our monogramming ~ yes we will monogram outside products. These products can not be guaranteed due to not having them in stock to recreate. At your own risk ~ you may provide an item for us to monogram. All shipping cost will need to be incurred by the customer. Any damaged item cannot be replaced by Mae & Me Designs. All requests of this nature must be approved by Mae & Me Designs prior to customer shipping any item. The pricing will be different than that reflected on the website. WHAT IF I LIVE LOCALLY AND WANT TO PICK UP MY PURCHASE?
Mae & Me Designs can withhold the shipping cost at checkout if the customer wants to pick up the purchase. If this option is chosen, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the purchase from Mae & Me Designs. We will notify you of the order being completed. All reasonable efforts will be exhausted to contact you through e-mail & telephone # provided to ensure contact has been made. The purchases must be picked up within 15 days of completion.
