REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Mae & Me Designs does not offer refunds and/or exchanges on custom monogrammed products. When ordering make sure you have submitted the correct initials, name and/or spelling. Recheck all personal choices of monogram, color/pattern & ribbon if applicable. We will build your product according to your choices. Carefully explain any special requests you may have for your order. Utilize the comments section to explain how you would like your custom design to be made if the menu provided is not specific to your choices. Mae & Me Designs will work with you to build your item to your unique specifications. Please check your order as soon as you receive it. We do not refund or exchange any purchased items more than thirty days after you receive it. Notify Mae & Me Designs within three business days of receiving your purchase with any concerns about refunds/exchanges. If you are unhappy with an item that has not been customized or the product itself is defective, please contact us to discuss your options. Mae & Me Designs will be happy to make & exchange for another item or issue a web site credit. Return the product in question within 10 business days of receiving your purchase. If the error of monogram, color/pattern, etc is our fault, we will gladly replace the item. Use the contact us link provided on the web site. Mae & Me Designs works diligently to provide the best products & services to our customers. We are committed to customer service. We are confident you will enjoy your purchase. Mae & Me Designs requests customer information for the purpose of ordering or mailing only. We will only contact you with questions regarding your order. You may grant your permission to receive further communication from Mae & Me Designs. We are committed & respectful to your privacy, protection & management of the personal identifiable information you share with us. Mae & Me Designs uses encryption and authentication to protect the security of your credit card & personal information. Credit card information is unrecognizable through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. The SSL transfers numbers unreadable. Mae & Me Designs can not, however, guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our web site. Remember to always sign off when not using your account to increase the security of your information. Our on line store is designed with you, the customer, in mind. We strive to provide a safe & secure environment utilizing a strict privacy policy. Your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed.
SHIPPING POLICY
Mae & Me Designs build each product with the customer’s personal choices. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. When placing an order including monogramming, fonts & color please allow 2-4 weeks for personalization & shipping to be completed, unless otherwise indicated in product detail. We use UPS for shipping. UPS can not ship to a PO Box. Check your shipping address to ensure an accurate complete address is provided. Returned items due to an inaccurate or incomplete address will incur additional fees to the customer for a second shipment. Mae & Me Designs can withhold the shipping cost at checkout if the customer wants to pick up the purchase.
Shipping Prices:
Mae & Me Designs contracts with UPS to do "real time" shipping based on the weight of your product and the distance traveled. We get a discounted rate based on our contract and are pleased to be able to pass this savings along to our customers.
Rush Orders:
Rush orders are accepted for a $20 extra fee. Specify the date needed when placing the order. Use the comments section. This request will be visited and all accommodations will be made to meet the special request.
