REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Mae & Me Designs does not offer refunds and/or exchanges on custom monogrammed products.  When ordering make sure you have submitted the correct initials, name and/or spelling.  Recheck all personal choices of monogram, color/pattern & ribbon if applicable.  We will build your product according to your choices.  Carefully explain any special requests you may have for your order.  Utilize the comments section to explain how you would like your custom design to be made if the menu provided is not specific to your choices.  Mae & Me Designs will work with you to build your item to your unique specifications. Please check your order as soon as you receive it.  We do not refund or exchange any purchased items more than thirty days after you receive it.  Notify Mae & Me Designs within three business days of receiving your purchase with any concerns about refunds/exchanges.  If you are unhappy with an item that has not been customized or the product itself is defective, please contact us to discuss your options.  Mae & Me Designs will be happy to make & exchange for another item or issue a web site credit.  Return the product in question within 10 business days of receiving your purchase.  If the error of monogram, color/pattern, etc is our fault, we will gladly replace the item.  Use the contact us link provided on the web site.  Mae & Me Designs works diligently to provide the best products & services to our customers.  We are committed to customer service.  We are confident you will enjoy your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to contact us.
